Beliefs - For Everyone

On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink."
John 7:37

'The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy. Go therefore to the main roads and invite to the wedding feast as many as you find.’ And those servants went out into the roads and gathered all whom they found, both bad and good. So the wedding hall was filled with guests.
Matthew 22:8-10

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."
John 8:12

I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved...
John 10:9

His invitation is available to everyone.

Jesus said, "I have come that they might have life and have it to the full" (John 10:10). In chapter two of Acts, Peter is speaking to a crowd about Jesus. The listeners "were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, 'Brothers, what shall we do?' Peter replied, 'Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call" (Acts 2:37-39).

Peter didn't just ask wealthy people to come forward; he didn't just ask popular people to come forward; he didn't just ask "good" people to come forward. He said that Jesus' gift is for everyone who will accept it.
