Leadership Staff
MINISTERS / DIRECTORS

Stuart Jones
Senior Ministeris our Senior Minister. Stuart’s preaching style is biblical, conversational, and life-applicable. His exceptional leadership qualities and knack for inspiring fellow leaders have helped FCC navigate the waters of spiritual and numerical growth for more than a decade. He and his wife, Stacia, have a son, Camden, and daughter, Emery.

Chris Harp
Executive MinisterChris is gifted in administration and mentoring leaders. Chris says one of his most important responsibilities is to “minister to FCC’s ministers.” He helps make it a joy for all of us — staff, elders, deacons, and volunteers — to work together as a team. He and his wife, Tammy, have five sons Jacob, Joshua, Jesse, Jeremiah, and Josiah and several grandkids.

Doug Mitchell
Discipleship MinisterDoug’s extensive ministry experience and long career at FCC are great assets to the church. He has led the youth, shepherding, and activities ministries. Today, Doug’s greatest passion is helping new people find a deeper connection with the church. He and his wife, Gena, have two boys: Caleb and Eli.

Chris Kiger
Outreach MinisterAs point-of-contact for our many mission partners — local and global — Chris helps us make a greater impact in the world. His life models FCC’s directive to “serve others.” He’s also a great teacher and loves to make people laugh. He and his wife, Angie, have four sons: Sam, David, Joe, and Ben.

Taylor Gilpin
Student MinisterTaylor is a graduate of Johnson Christian University. He loves working with our Middle and High School students and wants to foster in them a transformational love for Jesus that lasts a lifetime. He desires to provide opportunities and environments that challenge students to grow in their faith. Taylor and his wife Sydney were married in 2021.

Tanner Staggs
Children's MinisterTanner is a graduate of Ozark Christian College with a Children’s Ministry degree. He’s originally from the great state of Texas, where he grew up in the church. That is where he developed his heart to serve Jesus by ministering to children and their families. Tanner is full of creative ideas to engage the kiddos of FCC and lead young families closer to Jesus. Tanner and his wife Joy were married in 2022.

Nicole Wagner
Kidtown AdminNicole is the administrator for Kidtown (FCC’s Children’s Ministry) which means she is the glue that holds Kidtown together. She and her husband Bradley have three boys, Stephen, Keegan, and Kasen.

Kalyn Mitchell
Kidtown Preschool Directoris our Preschool Director. She is passionate about creating an engaging environment for FCC kiddos ages three to five. In addition to caring for the children at FCC, she teaches Kindergarten at Heartland Elementary. She and her husband Eli were married in 2022.

Amanda Logan
Kidtown Nursery DirectorAmanda, our Nursery Director loves babies and seeks to create an environment where little ones are loved and cared for so mom and dad can focus on the worship service. She has one son, Ethan.

Mark Melloan
Worship DirectorMark loves worshipping God alongside skilled musicians, gifted vocalists, masterful tech specialists, and a loving congregation. He and his wife, Nicole, have four children: Jack, John, Lucy, and Sadie.

Charles Garrett
Facilities DirectorCharlie is a mainstay at FCC. While his primary role is our Facility Director, he has been an integral part of our Tech Ministry for several years. He and his wife Rita have been married for over 35 years and members of FCC for 25. They have one son and one grandson.

Adam Fuller
Technical DirectorOriginally from upstate New York, he has a background in visual communication and has worked as a freelance graphic designer, photographer, lighting designer, and broadcast engineer. He brings a ton of experience and enthusiasm to the Technical Director role. He and his wife Jennie have three children Karter, Ellie, and Ethan.

April Skaggs
Director of FCC's Child Enrichment CenterApril loves relating to children and their parents and helps us create a positive environment where young people can thrive. She and her husband, Mickie, have two sons, Micah and Isaiah.

Lori West
Assistant CEC DirectorLori has enjoyed working with kids for many years at the CEC. She has been a jack-of-all-trades, from being a classroom helper and teacher to helping with administration. Lori excels at each task through hard work and determination. She and her husband, Jim, have three children, Kailen, Tara and Matthew, and several grandkids.

Sharon Gibson
Office AdministratorFor over seven years, Sharon has been the first person that most people meet when contacting the church office. She is the friendly hub around which the office turns from day to day. She and her husband, Terry, have two daughters, Hanna and Sylvia, and two grandchildren.

Donna Cross
Financial ManagerDonna is in her element when she is solving problems, taking on challenges, and balancing to the penny. She enjoys the ministry of keeping FCC finances in order, and she serves with a heart to please God. She has two daughters, Morgan and Meredith.
Elders
Elders provide spiritual oversight, teach, shepherd, seek collective wisdom, and act as stewards of the church’s financial resources. Elders are volunteers called by God and affirmed by the church family. These men serve in three-year terms. Our currently serving elders are:

Deacons
Deacons are the super-servants of the church. While all Christians are called to serve, deacons are appointed to serve with a greater level of accountability. Deacons are men with unique talents; they are appointed to accomplish important ministry objectives determined by the church leadership.
