Paul never promised Timothy or any of us that life would be easy, that telling people about Jesus would be easy, that family would be easy, that marriage would be easy, that raising kids would be easy, that church would be easy. But one thing he promised because Jesus promised it: God will always be faithful. So we keep the faith.
