We will have an opportunity to cheer and celebrate all that God did on Service Sunday and dive into the incredible heart and depth of the church we read about in Acts. They were generous and compassionate and servant-hearted. And none of it seemed forced or contrived. These activities and actions were simply an outpouring of what was in their heart. And just because they were compassionate didn’t mean that the message changed or became more watered down. If anything, the actions of service empowered the message.
