What is your purpose for life? It’s a question that will cause us to pause and think multiple times during our trips around the sun. And we can be derailed by feelings of inadequacy or by setbacks in this life. But there is a sense of fulfillment that isn’t found in anything the world can offer.
The answer is only really found in a relationship provided by the grace and forgiveness of Jesus Christ. It’s not a relationship of pity. It’s a relationship of love and brotherhood, a relationship of royalty that frees us from all the trappings we’ve taken in along the way. It is freedom in the truest expression of the word.

With busyness comes some grumpiness, short fuses, long lines, frustrations, imperfections, missteps, and anxieties. Before we even get to the beginnings of those moments, we’re going to take the time to remember God’s warnings and God’s callings on our life. We have the power to tear down and the power to build up with the words that we say even before the actions of our life. May we use both in ways that are edifying to the people around us that we can glorify God this season.
